Thank you for your interest in participating in the C3 Conference 2022 as a potential presenter. There are no major changes to the Conference format except for an addition of a new hybrid/flipped workshop option. The video below reviews all three of the workshop options we are looking for from potential presenters. The deadline for all presenters to apply this year is March 31, 2022 OR, until the Conference schedule is full.
As mentioned above, this year we will have four types pf workshop sessions, Live, In-Person, On-demand and flipped sessions we are referring to as hybrid. Below are the descriptions of each:
In-Person: These are the regular workshops where presenters will be live at Bishop Amat High School on August 2, 2022.
On-Demand: These are pre-planned and recorded sessions that will be put into a format that we will work with presenter to create that will fit into our new LEAD platform. These sessions will be the same as the ones we used last year and will be accessible for a longer time than the dates of the conference.
Workshop Series: These workshop session are part of the namesake theme (Flipping the Switch) and will/would include as many as three pre-conference Zoom-based workshops that would occur beginning in July and would culminate with a Live, In-Person session on August 2, 2022. There will be very limited sessions chosen for these sessions as the content would advance attendees from basic topic knowledge in the first session to a more advanced session on August 2.
Live Zoom: We had a “Live” day last year that consisted of Live Zoom sessions as compared to our On-Demand sessions. We are adding these sessions for the Virtual experience and at presenter's request. We will set up sessions for August 2, 2022.
We will send email updates and post the same information here as needed. You will be able to find all the links, resources, and videos here up to, and during the Conference. This page is not published in the navigation links above, so be sure to bookmark it once you receive an approval from the planning committee.
