In this session, you will learn how it was created, the lessons learned along the way and come away with ideas on how to begin your own interdisciplinary assessment for your students. The Upside of the Downside: Moving from Transactional to Transformational [ Dayrin Perez ]
Covid-19 presented many challenges not only as individuals but also for ministry and the entire Church.  One of these challenges was being stripped from the things that we were used to.  Covid-19 stripped us from the things that we were clinging on to because we “have always done it that way”.  Despite the many challenges it also provided an opportunity for the church to press reset.  This workshop will provide reflections on how to move forward.  What new insights, strategies and skills can be use to engage people to become disciples in their own communities and social groups?  How can we, our ministries and the entire Church really focus on Jesus and his power to transform lives. What If “Normal” Wasn’t So Normal? [  Katie Zeigler ]
Since life shut down in March 2020, people have been longing for things to get back to “normal”. Right now, we have a unique opportunity to discern what should our parish ministries be like and allow the Holy Spirit to move us forward in mission rather than reflexively turn back to what we did 18 months ago simply because “we’ve always done it this way.” (ID: 92310938936)

What Will Education Look Like in the Near Future?  [ Richard Monteilh ]
This workshop will focus on the future of education as we move forward to address the needs of   our students in a post  pandemic era.  More importantly, what have we learned that will support  student growth and foster a new  culture of classroom learning. Since COVID-19 changed the traditional linear  monolithic approach to teaching, we  must incorporate change agents that are  needed but effective.  Even successful teachers will need to collaborate more than ever before to determine solutions, address new challenges, and create good practices. Technology will remain an important educational tool as students return to in-person class instruction, but what will matter  is the manner in which teachers, students, and parents manage the new normal.
