CONNECTING TO THE C3LEAD PLATFORM: Issue: How do I see the LIVE sessions on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 beginning at 8:45 AM? Solution: You need to register for the Conference using this link: https://c3.leadlms.com
Issue: I still cannot sign in. Solution: Be sure you verified your email from when you registered. Solution 2: Try using one of these browsers, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge. You will no be able to use Internet Explorer.
CONNECTING TO A ZOOM SESSION: Issue: I can connect to the C3 LEAD platform, but I cannot connect to ZOOM. Solution: IF YOU HAVE A ZOOM ACCOUNT: Be sure to use the most recent version of the Zoom app if you have not logged in Zoom for a while. This may take a few minutes, but once you have updated the app, it should allow you to go straight to the session of your choice once you click on the "JOIN" button on the C3 LEAD platform.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A ZOOM ACCOUNT: A Zoom account isn't required to attend a session. Anyone can join a session using the Zoom mobile apps or desktop applications for Windows and Mac. Before joining the Zoom session on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app from your app store. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install the Zoom app when you click the "join" button and your browser opens. You can also join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom before the Conference.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO OR CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APP: You can join the session by using the dial-in option. The telephone number for the Conference sessions is: (877) 853-5247. You just need to locate the session ID number which located at the end of each session description.
